I had my measurements taken at the gym yesterday. After training with Nadine for 6 weeks I have lost inches everywhere!
Waist: -2.0 inches
Hips: -1.75 inches
Thighs: -1.25 inches
Neck: -0.5 inches
Chest: -0.75 inches
Biceps: -0.5 inches
Forearms: -0.5 inches
Calves: -0.25 inches
