Last night I read a friend's blog entry about how she had been rear ended that day. Everyone was fine and there was not any damage to her car.
Tonight I was rear ended on my way home from work...by an elementary school music teacher. She was rubber necking a three car accident on the side of the road. She felt really bad and totally admitted fault. No one was hurt but my car definitely needs some repairs.
The teacher that hit me has really good car insurance. They called me an hour after the accident! We set up an appointment to drop my car off tomorrow morning at their service center. They will do an estimate and then I can choose where to have the repair work done. There will also be a rental car waiting for me. I think it's great that I can drop off my car, not worry about shopping around for estimates, choose a repair shop, and get a rental car all in one place. I was dreading the whole inconvenience of "getting my car fixed process".

Tiffany I am sorry to hear about your accident! I am glad that everything will be fixed quickly!
I also have a Sizzix machine, but mine is more like a di-cut press-down machine. I have never seen alphabets like that before. Those are neat!
ok, first, i'm glad you are ok. second...stupid lady...third...yay for easy and lucky car fixing processes! woo hoo
OH my gosh. Crazy how we had the same thing happen. That is what I think the other driver must have been doing when he his us too. Looking at the other accident and as the cops crossed in front of us than bam he hit us.
that sucks! i hate rubberneckers. i am glad you are okay!
I'm glad you're ok and everything is working out well with insurance. Also, I'm sorry I missed your birthday! I was so wrapped up in my self-indulgence that I missed your special day. I hope it was truly wonderful. Good luck this school year!
I am glad you are okay, dear. BTW- I love what you have done with your site. Very cool.
